We got started investing in real estate in order to leave our corporate job and create additional income. We started off investing in residential rental properties. Immediately followed by buying and flipping. We also wholesaled and birddogged properties. We started a remodeling/ construction company to renovate our investment properties. We became licensed realtors. We became licensed home inspectors. We started a property preservation division. We evolved and eventually were involved in all aspects of property flipping Ie full circle real estate investing. By understanding all sides we experienced tremendous success.
